Battle ropes are a great toning tool for the entire body. They not only work the muscles in your abs, but also the muscles in your back, and glutes too! Give them a try for an intense workout. Do each move for one minute, repeating the circuit three times.

4. Jumping Slams

5. Jumping Jack Squats
