No one loves their love handles. Follow our WEEKEND WARRIOR workout to tone your tummy and lose those love handles! Preform 20 reps of each move, repeating the circuit three times through.
Using a weight, balance on your butt, bringing the weight from side to side.
Side to Side Oblique’s.
Lying on your back, knee’s up, reach your right arm long, feeling the burn in your right side, followed by doing the same on your left. Alternate sides.
Oblique Crunch with Legs.
Lying on your back, kick your legs and one arm up the same time, feeling the crunch in that side. Do 20 reps on each side.
Side Plank Lift + Lower.
Starting in a side plank position, lower your hip until it touches the floor. Do 20 reps on each side.
Lying on your stomach, reach your right arm and left foot up at the same time, followed by your left arm and left foot. Alternate sides.
