Using a partner in your workout can not only intensify each move, but can also be a lot of fun! Try these challenging partner exercises and have fun while you sweat!
Repeat this circuit three times.
High-Five Push-Ups- 20 reps
In plank position facing your partner, you both will do a push-up. As you come back to plank position use opposite arms to high-five in the middle, alternate sides.
Medicine-Ball Twist Passes- 20 passes on each side
Standing back to back, pass the medicine-ball to your partner from one side to the other. Rotate both directions.
Lunge with Medicine-Ball Chest Pass- 20 reps on each side
Standing a couple feet apart, facing your partner, toss them the medicine-ball. As your partner catches the medicine-ball they will go into a lunge and as they stand up they will pass the ball back to you. Once you catch the medicine-ball, you will do the same. Alternate lunges.
Medicine-Ball Sit-Ups- 20 sit-ups each
Face your partner, sitting feet together, knees bent, sit in an upright sit-up position. Toss your partner the medicine ball, as they catch the ball they will do a full sit up and pass the ball back to you. Repeat the same on your side.
