If your workouts are happening at 6pm, 7pm, even 8pm, chances are you didn’t have dinner prior. Once you’ve completed that workout, you’re so close to bedtime, but haven’t eaten anything for dinner. Eat too much or too rich, then you’ve undone the work you’ve put in. Eat too little and you’ll wake up starving, or worse, craving something high-calorie a few hours later. Plus, you want it to be quick! We’re commonly asked what we love to eat after an evening workout.
